COMO COMBINAR LOS GUANTES / HOW COMBINING GLOVES

 

 

Normalmente prestamos atención a la calidad de los guantes cuando los adquirimos, pero no hacemos lo mismo con respecto a como debemos combinarlos, pasando por alto un elemento esencial que nos puede permitir lucir un porte mucho más elegante.

Usually we pay attention to the quality of gloves at the time of purchase, but do not do the same with respect to that we will combine, ignoring an essential element that can allow us to show off a more elegant appearance .
 

Dejando a salvo la calidad y tipo de guantes que debemos utilizar para cada momento, que será objeto de otras entregas, en este artículo vamos a estudiar con qué podemos combinar los guantes.

Los guantes son una prenda esencial en el invierno. Constituye uno de los complementos más interesantes y, sin embargo,  no es un elemento al que se le preste mucha atención en cuanto a las posibilidades de combinación. Normalmente se piensa que es indiferente que tipo de guantes utilicemos y con qué complementos los podemos combinar. Esta desatención a los guantes es un error, toda vez que la observancia de unas simples, pero muy útiles reglas de combinación cromática, va a posibilitar que el resultado estético que podamos ofrecer sea infinitamente mejor.

Gloves are an essential garment in the winter. It complements and is not an element that will pay close attention as to the combination. Normally it is believed that it is immaterial that type of gloves that we use and we can combine the supplements. This neglect gloves is a mistake, since the observance of a few simple, but very useful rules of color combination , will enable the aesthetic result we can offer infinitely better.
 

 

 

 

 

La premisa esencial es que los guantes que llevemos cuando vestimos ropa formal no pueden ser de corte deportivo, como inadecuadamente se ha puesto de moda con los guantes de conducir vehículos de competición, que es un grave error y una pérdida de elegancia considerable.

Por ello nuestros guantes deben ser de corte elegante clásico si vestimos con traje, permitiéndose los guantes informales únicamente en los casos en los que nuestra indumentaria no sea estrictamente la de traje.

Los guantes son una de las prendas más versátiles que existen, por lo que nos permiten multitud de combinaciones que debemos dominar. Las combinaciones que permiten los guantes son las siguientes:

1º) Con el pañuelo del bolsillo del abrigo.
En este caso es conveniente que el pañuelo y los guantes generen contraste con la finalidad de que puedan destacar en el conjunto.

1 ) With the handkerchief from his coat pocket .
In this case it is desirable that the handkerchief and gloves make a contrast in order to emphasize that the whole.

 

2º) Con el abrigo.
En este caso se genera una cierta homogeneidad entre ambas prendas que provoca la existencia de una prolongación de la una sobre la otra. Es una de las combinaciones que particularmente menos de gustan por no crear contraste.

2nd ) With the coat.
In this case we can do a homogeneity between the two garments which causes the existence of an extension of the one over the other. It is one of the combinations that I don´t like as not create contrast.

3º) Con los zapatos.
Esta combinación es siempre interesante y es una apuesta poco arriesgada especialmente si vestimos con calzados de color negro o marrón.

3rd) With the shoes.
This combination is always interesting and it is not a very risky option if we wear with black shoes or brown.

 

4º) Con el traje o la chaqueta.
Desde mi punto de vista es una de las combinaciones más difíciles de conseguir, pero a la vez si logramos hacerlo adecuadamente, es una de las que mejor resultado puede ofrecer.

5º) Con los botones del abrigo.
Esta combinación tan especial exige una premisa para que pueda funcionar, y es que los botones del abrigo necesariamente tienen  que generar contraste con el tejido del aquél.  El resultado es muy interesante siempre.

6º) Con el paraguas.
Es una solución sencilla, y para que funciones esta combinación se requiere que el traje o el abrigo participen de colores que no sean coincidentes con el paraguas.

7º)  Con la corbata.
Esta interesante combinación luce siempre mucho más si no portamos abrigo.

Existen supuestos en los que se utilizan guantes que deliberadamente no combinan con ninguna de las prendas que portamos, el resultado puede ser original, sin duda, pero a mí no me gusta ya que se pierde elegancia en el intento de ganar estilo.
