EL ESTILO ESCOCES / SCOTTISH STYLE

 

 

Hemos tenido oportunidad de escribir, en otras entregas, sobre el estilo inglés y el estilo francés. En esta nueva incursión en el terreno del estilo vinculado a diferentes culturas occidentales, vamos a hablar por primera vez, ya que no existen artículos al respecto, del estilo escocés.

We have had the opportunity to write in other installment about the English style and French style. In this new installment of style, I am going to talk first about Scottish style, as there are no articles about it.

El pasado miércoles día 17 de febrero en el Club 567, tuvo lugar la presentación de un nuevo espacio destinado a convertirse en lugar de encuentro de la elegancia clásica masculina.

Wednesday February 17 at Club 567, was the presentation of a new space destined to become a meeting place for men's classic elegance.

Rodrigo Saldaña es un joven apasionado de la moda masculina clásica, y un virtuoso del dibujo, lo que  le permite canalizar sus inquietudes artísticas en el terreno que más le gusta.

Rodrigo Saldaña is a young passionate of classic menswear, and a great cartoonist, and he channel his effort toward his artistic curiosity.
 

COMO VESTIR EN CASA / HOW TO DRESS AT HOME

 

La elegancia es algo que debe ser innato en la persona, por lo que quien es elegante lo es siempre en todo momento y en toda ocasión. El hogar no es una excepción.

Elegance is something that should be innate in the person, who is so elegant it is always at all times and on all occasions. Home is not an exception.

LA CHAQUETA CRUZADA / THE DB JACKET

 

La chaqueta cruzada, que tiene su origen en la blazer, es la mas elegante de todas las chaquetas y, por su parte, el traje cruzado tiene un empaque que consigue aportar una clase que no lo hacen los demás trajes. 

COMO VESTIR EN EL CAMPO / HOW TO DRESS FOR COUNTRYSIDE

 

El mayor grado de informalidad en el vestir se produce cuando vamos fuera del entorno urbano y tenemos como destino  el campo, pero ello no obsta para que perdamos la elegancia. Hay que ser elegante siempre y en cualquier circunstancia incluso para ir al campo.
The greater informality in our attire occurs when we go outside the urban environment and we go to the country, but this does not mean that we lose elegance. You have to be smart always and under all circumstances even to go to the field.

 

CENA DE GALA DEL CLUB EL ARISTOCRATA / ARISTOCRAT CLUB GALA DINNER

 

En el incomparable marco de uno de los hoteles más lujosos y distinguidos del mundo, como es el Hotel Ritz de Madrid, tuvo lugar como ya empieza a ser habitual, la cena de gala del Club El Aristócrata.

In the great setting of one of the most luxurious and distinguished hotels in the world, as is the Ritz Hotel in Madrid, took place as already becoming common , the gala dinner of The Aristocrat Club .
